Equipment Capabilities

We have four automatic zinc plating machines with clear or yellow chromate conversion coatings. They are capable of handling a multitude of small parts and items up to 11 feet in length.

The barrel automatic zinc plating machine handles clear or yellow chromate conversion coatings. This machine is utilized to plate small parts not adaptable to rack plating. Capacity is up to 500 lbs per load.
